At Gana River Outfitters we take great pride in offering the highest level of service possible. Our testimonial page contains a few brief comments from

My hunting experiences in Canada began in 1977 and I have hunted
with some great outfitters. The best one I have ever hunted with is Gana
River Outfitters, Northwest Territories. My first hunt with them was in
1998 and I have hunted with them 9 times since, taking Dall Sheep,
Moose, and Caribou. Game is plentiful and their success rate is high
thanks to the hard work of Harold Grinde, the guides and other staff.
They welcome non-hunting companions and my wife has accompanied
me 9 times. Their facilities, staff, hospitality and general operation are
unsurpassed. Gana River will be my hunting "home" as long as I am able
to hunt.

In July of 2010 I had the opportunity to hunt Dall Sheep in the NWT
with Gana River Outfitters. Harold, Trevor and the entire crew made me
feel relaxed and at home with probably the finest base camp in the
NWT. The food was exceptional and my guide Trevor was on top of his
game, getting into the right mountain, getting in close enough and keeping
me settled down enough to harvest an incredible trophy ram.

what incredible memories! Hunting with Gana River Outfitters was truly
